Screen printing methodology can be applied to print graphic, marks, conductive ink and isolated ink directly onto foil or panel. ATMA provides plug-via printing, legend printing and solder mask printing for PCB.

Besides, we manufacture legend printing and solder mask printing for flexible Printed Circuit. And we can provide silver, copper and carbon printing for conductive circuits.

For more information of each printing method, please find below.
1. Legend printing : legend or mark can be printed onto double-sided or multi-layer PCB.
2. Solder mask printing : liquid photoimageable solder resist ink is printed onto double-sided or multi-layer PCB.
3. Flexible PCB printing : copper foil was processed by etching treatment to emerge fine line circuits and print the legend or mark accordingly.
4. Plug-via printing : PRS ink is filled into holes in PCB, which is applied for sealing, solder mask plug-via holes is usually required by multi-layer PCB.
5. Fully automatic printing line : series connection completes the automatic production line to save manpower and production cost.

    A. Solder Mask : leave out through holes and cover all circuits and copper surface to prevent short-circuit while process mounting components on PCB, and save quantity of Tin soldering. B. Protective Plate : prevent moisture and various electrolyte damage circuits oxidation to endanger electric property. Also, prevent exterior mechanical damage to maintain PCB optimal isolation. C. Isolation : because of PCB tends to more and more thin, circuits width and pitch more and more narrow, an issue of isolation in between conductors is more remarkable. Also, increasing importance of solder mask isolation property.
