This screen printer is specialized in high precision printing the backlight module LGP for large format LCD TV, special process fabricates the big sliding table with high accuracy of flatness, uniform ink layer printing can be done to achieve even brightness of LGP, product quality can be controlled to comply with criteria.

  • Table Flatness : table base is made of Aluminum alloyed plate to combine with honeycomb precise processing, high strength and flatness achieves ±0.10mm.
  • Equipped with vacuum suction motor to fix substrate, positioning with micro air blowing, substrate is not scratched, table top with vacuum holes diameter 2.0mm (changeable).
  • Retractable Suction Cup : equipped German gear motor to transmit directly transportation, 14 pcs retractable suction cups enable to adjust usage in according to substrate size (22”~65”).
  • Retractable Frame Holder : active guide rail retractable frame holder device to gain wider space for convenient screen cleaning and save cleaning time
  • Pneumatic Clipper : clipper to fix squeegee / flood coater which use pneumatic auto clipping device to facilitate fast replacement / dismantle squeegee and flood coater
  • Independent Electrical Cabinet : (active type) associated with operation field work to locate freely, avoid to obstruct operator to facilitate loading and offloading.
  • Safety Protection : emergency stop switch, lateral right and left is equipped with protective light barrier, rear side of printer is equipped with safety bar, top of cleaning roller is amounted safety light beam, comprehensive protect operator safety

  • Fork Carrier Suction : stretch into printing table to pick up the printed substrate, when fork carrier actuates vacuum suction to prevent substrate position displacement or drop off while off-loading
  • Conveyor Belt : receiving the substrate from fork carrier, adopt Japanese high tension timing belt special for glass purpose, stable and fast transport the substrate continual into IR Dryer
  • Actual Motion : fork carrier up down adopts motor driven the coupled rod, mechanical structure, actual motion, stable, save energy and easy maintenance
  • Suction Cup without Trace Mark : fork carrier suction is equipped with 12 sets of∮16 suction cups (PEEK material), depending on substrate size to distinct large, medium and small area
  • HMI Control : digitalized HMI operation, simple understandingEmergency stop switch : while fork carrier is progressing to press E-stop switch, fork carrier will stop progressing
  • Speed Free Setting : fork carrier in / out speed can be preset freely to attain maximum speed 1500 mm/sec
