IoT Visual Registering Thin Film Screen Printer is designed for standalone automatic operation to solve problem with shortage of manpower to adapt flexible production.Multiple printers can be collocated with one dryer to save energy and can be handled by one operator. This model is suitable for printing IMD/FIM, Membrane Switch, Labels, Automotive Interior Decoration, Decals for Helmet or Vehicle and so on high productivity of thin film screen printing.

Pile-up feeding electrostatic elimination cleaning sheet camera registration printing vacuum carrier discharge.

Features

• Visual system assists screen registration, when screen is placed, CCD camera captures target mark on screen in real time and enables to align screen at table’s center line within 2 minutes.
• CCD camera underneath tabletop learns the actual printing target, printing table correction correspond with target mark on screen, precise alignment in place is done at once to attain high precise overprinting within 0.05 mm.
• Pile-up platform has large storage space, sheet thickness 0.1 ~ 0.6 mm can be produced continuously about 4 hours to reduce manpower and to increase equipment beneficial result.
• In-feeding ransportation is configured with 12 sets of suction cups which is collocated with air blow + suction cups shaking to assure separation to feed in single sheet, fast mechanical motion is performed with high reproducibility.
• Multi-axis adjustable HMI can be adjusted depending on working habit at the most comfortable angle and position, ergonomic design improves operational convenience, one operator can handle multi-printers to raise production beneficial result.
• MI pictogram can be understood intuitively to attain simple and convenient operation, 100 groups of parameter recipe can be saved and quickly retrieved to change production. Historic error can be recorded by HMI to facilitate error analysis and improvement.
• Multi-safety protection is equipped with Mechanical Safety Struts, Light Barrier, Emergency Stop, Screen Cleaning Icon on HMI, comprehensive protection design to raise substantially personnel safety to prevent harm.
