- Layer Thickness Control : number of front / back coating can be preset on touch-screen to decide layer thickness
- Quick Locking Frame : rotary cylinder locking frame to facilitate loading / off-loading frame and fixation.
- Double Sided Coating : selectable standard coating mode, single sided coating (front and back exchange, higher number will be started coating priority), double sided synchronous coating, back side coating mode, depending on setting number of coating, odd number coating priority, even number coating later(special coating cycle upon request)
- Contamination Prevention : attached stainless steel tray to collect emulsion drip and avoid contamination for easy cleaning.
- Gently Return Coater : coater automatic returns while coating stroke ending, automatic retrieve laid.
