Digital control automatic prining line is didecated to print the rigid material, such as ceramic glass for cooktop, tempered glass for microwave oven door, oven panel, display panel, lamp adornment, and so on.

This model is modular design and is composed of Inlet Centering (x 2), Accumulator, Automatic Screen Printer, Transfer Conveyor, Quality Inspection, Outlet Conveyor, total seven stations. Favorable station can be selected to consist the production line to incorporate up / downstream workstation to match production laypout.

Recipe of printing parameters can be preset on HMI for numeric management to control printing quality. Central control console can be used to preset the parameters for entire printing line at once. Quick setup and easy operation, only one operator is needed to monitor the entire line. Error message is displayed to guide error exclusion.

Features

  • Ink Uniform Layer : squeegee / flood coater is driven by guided cylinder, printing ink layer even thickness.
  • Servo Transmission : servo motor direct driven, solid printing torque, digital control full stroke extreme stable speed motion.
  • Delay Printing Device : separate control heavy and light pressure printing, avoid to damage the screen mesh to lose tension.
  • Preventive Scratching : inlet section adopts special material for pusher, don’t scratch glass and precise positioning.
  • Precise Registering : German Linear Guide Rails is used for Accumulator, collocated with Laser Sensor to assure accuracy.
  • Quality Control : quality inspection platform is attached with back light, setting number of printing for inspection on touch-screen to control quality efficiency.
  • Transfer Conveyor : two-ways to transport the glass for inspection and reverse, enable to control sequence of transportation between the printer and inspection platform
