Features

  • Opened mesh printing : save time for screen making, quick screen positioning, minimized difficult with screen printing, recruiter can be trained slightly to get on work to practice printing.
  • Double squeegee / double peel-off : two machines cooperate processing or double side is printed by single machine and get dried at once to raise production efficiency.
  • Table Displacement : following printing stroke to make X/Y axis displacement, correcting bidirectional printing position to demand consistence ink transfer or simultaneously clean up residual ink on mesh while printingDisplacement stroke can be fine adjustment depending upon necessary.
  • Saving Ink and Chemical Cleaner : table displacement function to solve problem with residual ink to block holes position, save consumption amount of solder mask ink and chemical cleaner
