- Four-post air locking : equipped with unique four-post air locking function (during printing), assure printing stroke and table parallel positioning to raise printing accuracy
- Upgraded Precision : three sets of servo motor are equipped to control X-X-Y axis direction, by way of visual system to judge table displacement amountSliding table reciprocates right / left positioning, hydraulic buffer + magnetic suction are adopted to obtain accuracy within 5µm
