Electric Wet-film Plug-via Screen Printer (medium size 700x1200 mm)
AT-EW120P
Plug-via Screen Printer, Solder Mask Plug-via Screen Printer, Printed Circuits Plug-via Screen Printer
Dedicated in screen printing photo imageable resistance solder mask plug-via or non-plug-via wet film processing
Initiative double squeegee bidirectional printing + bidirectional peel-off + bidirectional table displacement and so on patented functionBoth machines are processed, after both sides are printed to get dried, precise control (not skipped printing circuits corner and gap), (bidirectional printing ink offset / accuracy), (automatic cleaning residual ink beneath mesh), (fill up plug-via without explosion) and so on perfect effect to increase printing speed and yield rate to lead PCB main stream production
Features
- Opened Mesh Printing : save time and cost for screen making, quick screen positioning to reduce difficulty with printing, recruiter is trained able to get on track processing within shortly.
- Double squeegee / double peel-off : both machines are cooperated processing or single machine to complete double sided printing, once drying to raise production efficiency.
- Table Displacement : enable to follow printing stroke to make X/Y axis displacement, correcting bidirectional printing offset, demand to transfer ink on consistent position or clean up residual ink on mesh simultaneously while printing, displacement stroke can be fine adjustment upon necessary
- Saving Ink and Chemical Cleaner : function of table displacement to solve problem with residual ink plug-via holes, also save PRS ink and consumption of cleaner.
- Printing Breakthrough : use the way of double sided printing to make plug-via effect one side thin layer and opposite side to have thick layer, facilitates following process of insertion / solder mask.
- Blockage Cover : non plug-via portion can be covered by blockage, plug-via portion can be printed directly by the opened mesh, once processing achieves two effect
