- Best Rust Prevention : metal surface is treated by coating + anti-static powder coating, durable doesn’t fall off.
- Four-post Air Locking : up down to printing level, four-post locking synchronously to assure printing stroke parallel with table level for precise printing.
- Servo Peel-off : automatic calculation synchronous with printing speed, peel-off height and start point can be preset digitalization, printing but not sticky mesh, enable to make printing elongation compensation.
- Patented Leveling Adjustment : right left frame holder arm are equipped with height adjustment at four corners for fast calibration screen leveling.
- Precise Adjustment : attached with squeegee / flood coater depth / skew angle / swivel angle adjustment structure (precise micro meter is used for depth micro adjustment).
- Digitalized Control : 7 inch colored HMI, setting versatile operational function and parameters to attain digitalized control printing quality.
- Safety Protection : retractable safety bar is equipped at front side, pull it out to stop table motion before positioning, E-stop at front side, right left bilateral side equipped with protective bar, comprehensively protect operator safety
