- Fork carrier transportation : transport the glass in / out printing table, pop-up pins and robot arm can be matched mutually to avoid contact the printing surface
- Low friction transmission : adopts UPE roller transmission, clapper pre-centering is adopted PEEK material, efficiently prevents scratching the glass.
- Four-post air locking : equipped unique function of four-post air locking, assure printing stroke parallel with table surface to raise printing accuracy.
- Upgraded accuracy : registration platform is adopted three servo motor to control X/X/Y directionUse visual system to judge table displacement volumeSliding table reciprocates right / left positioning, adopts hydraulic buffer + electromagnetic suction, accuracy of positioning attains within 5µm
- Servo motor straight-drive : none malfunction, solid printing torque, full digital control, full stroke extreme stable speed motion
