    Digital control automatic prining line is didecated to print the rigid material, such as ceramic glass for cooktop, tempered glass for microwave oven door, oven panel, display panel, lamp adornment, and so on. This model is modular design and is composed of Inlet Centering (x 2), Accumulator, Automatic Screen Printer, Transfer Conveyor, Quality Inspection, Outlet Conveyor, total seven stations. Favorable station can be selected to consist the production line to incorporate up / downstream workstation to match production laypout. Recipe of printing parameters can be preset on HMI for numeric management to control printing quality. Central control console can be used to preset the parameters for entire printing line at once. Quick setup and easy operation, only one operator is needed to monitor the entire line. Error message is displayed to guide error exclusion.
