- Slow Production : production is increased up to 800 pph from 400 pph to satisfy with customer printing need.
- Size Range : original smallest printing area 300x500 mm is revised to be 100x150 mm, production possesses competitive advantage.
- Magnetic Suction : irregular shaped glass with various size, original nesting bar is not fixed easily, new design is used magnetic suction to fix nesting bar for fast exchange.
- Digital Stroke Adjustment : original manual adjustment is changed to digital control adjustment to attain purpose for fast adjustment
Features
- Reflective Sensor : equipped at machine front and back end to inspect in / output and machine handshake
- Distinct Light / Heavy Pressure Zone : four directional centering cylinder, left / right and up down each can be adjusted light or heavy pressure, enable to preset four directional synchronous centering, also setting the sequence of centering.
- Centering Scope : minimum 100x150 mm, maximum 600x700 mm, wide range of process.
- Walking Beam Structure : transport three station two working positioning, fast connecting each action to raise productivity.
- Peel-off Function : equipped with slow speed cylinder for peel-off, speed and height of peel-off can be adjusted to avoid sticky mesh after printing
- Magnetic Suction : nesting bar is fixed by magnetic suction to hold irregular shaped glass to attain perfect printing, prevent to tear off the mesh and damage squeegee
- Standardized Management : 100 groups of memory can be named and numbered individually, fast save and retrieve to facilitate standardized management each different production.
- Safety Protection : two sets of E-stop switch, 3 sets of light barrier, 3 sets of warning lamp and programmed auto chain locking error or mis-operating protection.
