ATMA Director Mr. T.C Chen has wide social connection. ATMA held the impressive ceremony of new headquarter inauguration and 38th anniversary celebration. Mr. Chen recalled his entrepreneurship, he appreciated the support from his family, employees, customers and suppliers. And he expected the employees dare to dream and make the dream blended into reality. His parents, mother in law, wife Wu Mei-Rui and children also presence at the inauguration.

The new corporate headquarters elaborated by ATMA has added a lot of color to Huaya Technology Park.

All guests praised ATMA headquarters for its high standard design green building with magnificent style, adopted the energy saving glass, LED lighting, rainwater recycle system and the natural wind flow. The lunch banquet starts with the video clip showing company’s history, recalled with Mr. Chen’s childhood as he was a poverty rural child. He started the company from scratch and growth with wonderful process, ATMA became the only supplier in screen printing machine assigned by the international manufacturers in recent years for smart phone production. The greatest honor to ATMA was beating the opponent of Germany and Japan supplier, and the most hardest but brilliant era is the four years rush to ship for A company. Delivery quantity is reached over 8,000 sets, bring about NTD 8 billion revenue. ATMA was gained over 160 patents of invention and innovation from domestic and overseas, and also won the Award with honor for the continuous 24 years. This figures recorded the achievement of ATMA.

Mr. Chen remembered where his successful comes from, so the teacher Wang Jin-Quan of Houbi elementary school in Tainan county from 50 years ago who had also been invited as one of the most important guest. Mr. Chen’s tender side is also showing on devoting to the social benefit aside the successful business. The principal of Houbi elementary school Wu Jian-Bang said Mr. Chen had donated one new library and copper bell in recent year, in order to benefit the school at hometown under poverty of resources. Mr. Chen also offered long-term sponsorship to the Lan Yang dance troupe and many associations who provided wonderful performance. In the meantime, he also praised 116 senior employees who had excellent performance.

Same as Mr. Chen, the peer of enterprise founder who had built the economy miracle in Taiwan to face the succession moment of handing over the business to the second generation. A smooth inherited to the next generation is the key factor for Taiwan economy sustainable development, Director Mr. Chen is on the same page with his son Chen Kun-Yuan, meaningful for an inherit of the business to the next generation. His son had learned from the junior position for over the years, and is now in the management position, stably march toward to the succession path.
