UV EXPOSURE BOX

A411

SCREEN EXPOSURE BOX, UV BOX

For exposure-transfering artwork image on positive film to photosensitive emulsion layter coated on a screen.

Features

  • Automatic precision UV ray control:
    - Touch-panel HMI : parameter setting, automatic control, good for process management;
    - PLC controlled exposure computer : extreme stability, far prevails ordinary IC board control;
    - Automatic equalizing UV ray volume : auto-detects UV ray, computes adjusting exposure time, precisely controls exposure ray volume, stability discrepancy within ±2%.
    By these may automatically compensate discrepancy due to lamp aging, unstable voltage, lamp temperature variance, activation speed…, minimizes handicaps on operator control.
  • High power UV ray source : choices of 3000w / 6000w, wave peak 360nm / 410nm high efficiency lamps.
  • High speed vacuum system : equipped dust-free oil-less low-noise vacuum pump and high tensile strength rubber vacuum blanket, even-speed vacuuming, rapidly flat-pressing down screen mesh–positive film, carries out precise exact image exposure transfer.
  • Suitable for direct/indirect exposure of fine dot/line and high definition images, also for clean-room process(required by high accuracy screen-making, avoids defects due to dust contamination).
  • Custom-made to odd sizes possible on request.

UV EXPOSURE BOX | ATMA

Use our UV EXPOSURE BOX to compare machine types by application—sheet, cylinder press, or roll-to-roll—so you can shortlist the right format for your production.

ATMA has manufactured screen printing equipment since 1979, and we can help you align the screen printer with feeders, dryers, coaters, and ink mixing modules.

Share your substrate, print size, and throughput target—ATMA will recommend a screen printer configuration and the next steps for evaluation.
