Pneumatic Flat Screen Printer

This model is suitable for small size with diverse flat material or molding item screen printing, flexibility and light weight, easy operation.

Screen vertical up down is driven by air cylinder, motor drives the printing stroke stability, accuracy and smooth speed. It is corresponded with diverse production benefit. Stationary vacuum table is attached with three-point micro adjustment for quick alignment, HMI touch panel is used to work with CPU control, it is the best choice of the small size substrate for flat printing.

Features

Compact size non-occupy space, pneumatic transmission design, screen vertical up down avoids ink flow bias at lateral side.
Printing stroke is driven by DC motor to allocate with linear guide rail to attain smooth and fast motion and precise positioning.
Attached with precise micro-adjustment slider, table can be adjusted to front rear and right left side to facilitate multi-layer printing.
Moveable cantilever design is adopted for screen frame holder, robust structure with lightweight, convenient shift adjustment.
CPU control is used to obtain various printing cycle modes selection and correspond with diverse special requirement for printing.
Emergency Press Plate, E-stop switch are equipped for comprehensive safety protection.
