Pneumatic transmission design is applied for driving screen vertical up down to avoid ink flow bias at lateral side. Screen micro-adjustment device is enclosed for quick screen positioning and alignment, flexible structure facilitates to adjust squeegee angle/ depth/ level/ pressure, 4-index rotary table is associated with fixture to hold substrate printing to meet diverse printing condition and increase productivity.

  • Operation mode of 4-index rotary table enables to process synchronously off-loading / loading and printing to raise productivity.
  • Frame holder is applied by movable cantilever design, robust structure with light weight, screen micro adjustment is equipped to facilitate registration.
  • Patented the closed chamber vibration absorber deletes the impact vibration rapidly to attain smooth printing stroke and precise positioning.
  • Print head with elevation angle design may gain working space to mount and remove the screen, screen cleaning or exchange squeegee / flood coater.
