This model is suitable for screen printing on various materials (as plastic, acrylic, metal, glass) of conical, oval, cylindrical shaped like bottle, mug, can, tube, etc.

Pneumatic transmission design is used for driving screen vertical up down to avoid ink flow bias at lateral side. Gear and Cog Bar are worked closely for synchronous transmission, coordinated with the fixture for printing to present original graphic size. It can meet production efficiency of various curved printing, HMI touch panel and CPU control are adopted, it is the best choice of mini curved printing.

Features

Inflatable thimble device is enclosed for printing soft cylindrical object.
Precise frame micro-adjustment is equipped, cross fine adjustment to facilitate alignment for multi-color printing.
Printing stroke is driven by motor to attain seamless circular printing.
Particular fixture for curved printing can made upon customer request.
