Features

Utilizes a rodded pneumatic cylinder paired with dual linear guide rails to drive the vertical movement of the screen frame. The structure is compact and reliable, ensuring smooth operation and reducing ink bias/uneven flow.
The vertical slide seat features linear guide rails and an integrally molded, extruded aluminum structure, enhancing equipment durability and operational stability.
A hand-wheel and position indicator are located at the rear of the machine, allowing for rapid printing height adjustment based on varying substrate thicknesses.
The tabletop T-slot design enables quick fixture clamping and securing. The tabletop also features a micro-adjustment registration design for fast and accurate alignment.
The horizontal slide carriage utilizes an extruded aluminum structure paired with a motor and a speed reducer, delivering smooth and stable operation.
A moveable cantilever-style screen frame clamp allows for smooth adjustment and convenient screen changes.
Equipped with a slow-speed cylinder screen peel-off function, with adjustable peel-off speed and height to reduce the risk of screen sticking (ink bleeding).
HMI (Human-Machine Interface) control offers three selectable printing stroke modes and a user-friendly bilingual Chinese/English interface.
Equipped with a safety pressure plate and an automatic return-to-origin feature to enhance operational safety and reduce defect rates.
