This is semi-automatic sharpener, robust structure of squeegee clamping structure assures grinding straightness. Mechanical adjustment device manually controls grinding depth. It is specialized in grinding various shores of the flat squeegee rubber to ensure precise grinding straight or skew angle, flat and sharp edge of squeegee.

- Stepless Speed : diamond wheel rotating speed can be done stepless speed adjustment (1,800~3,000rpm), highly balanced without vibration can be remained under high speed rotating.
- Grinding Precision : squeegee grinding accuracy level within ±0.05 mm
- Automatic Reverse : patented auto vacuum suction structure, vacuum suction follows grinding stroke reciprocation auto exchange
- Strong Suction : vacuum suction hose is equipped at bilateral side of diamond wheel grinder, strong suction picks up dusts into collection bag.
- Angular Adjustment : hand wheel adjusting squeegee grinding angle 0°~45° associated with fixation structure, fulfill demand of different grinding angle.
- Lift Cover to Cease Operation : cover for grinding wheel enclosed with micro switch, protective cover is lifted up while running, grinding wheel stops immediately to protect operator safety.
