This model is specialized in automatic centered registering for high precision printing on touch panel display cover lens without fiducial mark, it is effectively solving tolerance of glass outline to obtain precise centered printing.

- Registration Accuracy : screen up down is driven by German gear motor to collocate precision high lead screw rod and encoder, use digitalized analog control, screen up down fast stable silence and precise positioning.
- Vacuum Suction : collocated with silent vacuum generator for suction position, assure the substrate displacement is not occurred upon table moving and printing motion.
- Bespoke Design : customized special table, depending on the substrate size to open grooves and capable to make zero off-contact printing, fast loading and alignment.
- Visual Registration : equipped 3 sets of servo motor to control U-V-W direction, use visual system judgment to control amount of table displacement automaticallyHigh precision transmission structure, fully automatic table micro-adjustment registration, repeatability registration accuracy achieves ±5µm, registration speed (including search target, alignment and examination) ＜1.5 second per piece.
- Peel-off Device : configured peel-off function to avoid stick-on mesh upon printing, assure printing quality.
- Automatic Vacuum Carrier Take-off (option) : vacuum cup trace and scratching are not left on glass, directly transport into IR conveyor dryer to save time and labor.
