Equipped with the correcting device at feeding section, shuttle table with double-work station transports the substrate to attain precise centered alignment, nesting bars are equipped at bilateral side for printing edge-to-edge, the substrate is discharged by conveyor belt after printing.

This model is suitable for screen printing small size glass such as glass for appliance, door for microwave oven, partition for fridge, etc. and printing any rigid material as plastic, Acrylic, metal panel.

Features

  • Entire machine is composed of feeding + printing + unloading section. After feeding conveyor transports the substrate to pre-registration correcting → shuttle table transports the substrate into printing section → shuttle table transports the substrate to unloading section after printing.
  • Shuttle table with double-work station is driven by servo motor, it is collocated with high precision Linear Guide Rail to attain smooth and stable fast movement, magnetic lock is used for precise positioning.
  • Nesting bars device adopts Guide Rail Cylinder to match high precise Linear Guide Rail to attain smooth and stable fast movement.
  • SEW gear motor is used to drive high leading screw rod transmission to lift up screen, ink is not flowed toward lateral side, encoder controls printing stroke precise positioning.
  • Connecting frame design is applied for screen frame holder, strength structure to suite high pressure full stroke printing.
  • Motor driven is associated with timing belt and linear guide rail to transmit printing stroke, fast and stable movement to attain repeatability printing accuracy within ±0.02mm.
  • E-stop is equipped at machine front side, and adding safety bar with safety loop wiring to protect operator security.
