- Preventive Scratching : adding interlay at feeding and off-loading pile up to assure stacking the substrate without scratching.
- Upgraded Precision : registration table adopts 3 sets of servo motor to control X-X-Y direction, use visual system to judge amount of table displacementSliding table reciprocates right / leftward positioning adopts hydraulic buffer + magnetic suction, positioning accuracy achieves within 5µm.
- Uniform Printing Layer : squeegee / flood coater is driven by guide rail cylinder to lead precision, smooth to make the equalized printing pressure express completely onto substrate, assure printing uniform layer consistence.
- Servo Motor Direct Driven : least malfunction, solid printing torque, full digital control, full stroke stable motion.
- Equalized Control : squeegee / flood coater digital equalizing system control, enable to preset pressure (3~62kgf) on HMI.
