AS57/t Automatic Twin-flow Sheet Stacker, is used to work with upstream SPS High Speed Fully Automatic Twin-flow Cylinder Screen Printing Machine and Twin-flow Feeder, run synchronously linked, original unique twin/single-flow multiple mode compatible design (/t), offers double yield and adaptability to diversified print jobs, highlights German SPS’s lineage classic advantages: highest ever run speed, printing accuracy, operation convenience and comfort.

Lined up after a Dryer(further ahead are Printing Machine XP57/t – Feeder EP57/t or FP57/t, all are twin-flow models), as a complete automatic process line, in [half size small sheet twin-flow, Single-flow taking any side of the small sheet twin-flow, full size large sheet single-flow] selectable versatile operation modes, stacks up sent in sheets into pile(s).
Speed matches throughput of composition units ahead, max. speed 4500 cycle/h, x1 = 4500 p/h, x2 = 9000 p/h. (max. sheet: single-flow 550x750mm / 550x75mm x1, twin-flow 550x267mm x2).
