Membrane switch screen printer provides solution of high precision printing multi-layer graphic overlay or circuits, which contains the graphic elements, and circuits that includes conductive tracks, metal domes, circuit tail and terminals, and spacer that maintains a break between the switch contacts. Membrane switch is a type of operational interface and is made of copper or plastic film as electrical switch for turning a circuit on and off.

ATMA flatbed screen printer 1/2 and 3/4 automatic with camera controlled registration are perfect alternative solution for excellent printing Membrane Switch, flexibility feature and simple operation are suitable for diverse small volume production. Also, the print head carriage is configured with swivel angle to attain tilt printing to overcome corners and sharp edge of substrate to avoid mesh torn-off. The squeegee / flood coater can be adjusted skew angle to control ink deposit thickness on substrate. Adding, the equalized air pressure is configured with the squeegee / flood coater to control pressing evenness ink layer for outstanding printing graphic overlay.

SPS cylinder screen printing machine is suitable for high volume massive production, it is configured with automatic feeding, fast and precise alignment, printing and offloading to connect with Dryer at rear side. Also, the auto Stacker is collocated behind Dryer to collect the substrates to save labor to enhance production efficiency. Feature of printing length compensation reduces the effect of screen mesh extension while printing to cause image distortion, such may achieve fine line or sharp edge image printing multi-color. Adding, the configuration of equalizing PEH system to control squeegee / flood coater pressure to obtain evenness ink layer in high speed printing to present high effective graphic overlay.
