ATMA Running Activity to Celebrate Father’s Day in 2019

In order to promote employees health leisure activities and exercise, welfare committee held road running activity to celebrate Father’s day, It was held at ATMA headquarters during office closing hours, attracting approximate 100 employees participation. Usually, everyone works hard in the company, although company has fitness center and rhythm classroom for all employee free of charge utilization, but in-door physical training is difference with out-door endurable running, this is the real test the physical strength and endurance of the participants.

Gun fired to start running, everyone was full of energy. After one-third of the journey, it could be seen front and rear to be apart some distance. The participant takes exercise ordinary whose expression gentle, but the participant felt difficulty who lack of exercise usually. After two-third of the journey, everyone had been sweating and panting like a cow because of hot weather, the last part of the journey was to see the real capability, only two or three people still running fast or slow struggling to move forward to the goal. At the moment, the leading group had ran rapidly to complete the journey. Finally, each participant insisted on reaching the end point one after the other. Most of the participants felt that their physical strength was not good, setting a goal for future to practice exercise. During the road running activity, it is realized that the health of employees is the foundation for the company growth. The road running activity also awakened all employees to cherish themselves as well as care for others.

Awarded the top eight winner with encouragement to grant the certificate of completion, chocolate and beverage. But the unselected employees also were gained the certificate of completion, chocolate and beverage, all participant were taken photo for remembrance. It was rarely to get together with employees from different departments to catch the opportunity to frolic and greeting. It’s lively and cozy, it was lively and cozy.
