Innovative Design to Overcome High-End Thin-Board Mass Production Bottlenecks
To meet the high-precision and high-stability processing demands of advanced AI server motherboards, AI accelerator cards, and ultra-thin boards, ATMA drives differentiated R&D centered on real process requirements—breaking through traditional limitations in thin-board handling and registration. Through a circulating high-precision transfer gripper system and an integrated high-rigidity table design, boards ranging from 0.3–10 mm in thickness can be transported at high speed and with exceptional stability. Single-board cycle time has been reduced from 15 seconds to 9 seconds—boosting productivity by approximately 40%. This enables customers to achieve stable mass production of high-end products, reduce process variation and rework risks, and ensure consistent delivery schedules and quality performance.
