This machine is specially designed to plug-via holes in multi-layer printed circuit boards with conductive or non-conductive paste. The plugging via hole can be performed with through-hole vias and blind vias with high aspect ratio, it is absolutely the best choice for PCB industry to raise production capacity.

PCB vacuum plugging via hole screen printer: multi-layer panel is the prime product of Taiwan printed circuit board overall production value. It is applied to internet communication server such as High Layer Count (HLC, upscale panel) mainly in server high efficiency calculation and cell site of 5G communication.

This model is suitable for plugging via through hole and blind hole in the advanced multi-layer PCB, and is selected plugging via process with high aspect ratio.

  • Overall Machinery: robust structure, stable operating.
  • Digitalized Control: screen up down is driven by four-post linear actuator synchronous lifting.
  • Digitalized Servo Motor: used to drive printing head transmission, stable and precision.
  • Motorized Screen Micro Adjustment: screen position can be set on HMI (time for screen setup and adjustment can be saved 2.5 minutes.)
  • Printing Pressure Printing: squeegee side has three cylinders (printing pressure 10 ~ 147 kg), flood coater side has two cylinders (coating pressure 10 ~ 62 kg).
  • Digital constant pressure controls squeegee pressure in according to product spec thick or thin setting to attain stable printing pressure, printing time speed raises 1.5 times.
  • Sub-chamber high speed evacuation technology: two seconds are required to evacuate from 1 atmospheric pressure down to 100 Pa.
  • ( In feeding servo controls auto lifting the door, 1.5 seconds is required to open / close, anti-falling is designed for multiple protection, enhance operational safety.)
  • Screen cleaning protection : physical button switch is equipped on machine, when operator gets in cleaning screen, manual and mono function can not be operated to attain comprehensive safety protection.
