- Automation : consisted of inlet + auto alignment + printing + outlet + rotating + gradual color faded inspection as fully automatic production line.
- Upgraded Precision : registration table is equipped with three sets of servo motor control X-X-Y axis direction, by way of visual system to judge table displacementSliding table reciprocates right and left positioning, hydraulic buffer + magnetic suction are used to obtain registration accuracy within 5µm.
- Dustless Conveyor : inlet and outlet are used contactless magnetic ring to transport substrate, silence, fast, up down registering : use up down contrast CCD camera to detect target + optical meter positioning, upper camera detects target on screen, lower camera detects target on substrate, auto fine adjustment adapt cleaning room working environment.
- Transfer Station (option) : depending on practical production efficiency, rotating glass at short or long edge leading to match Dryer conveyor transportation.
- Gradual Color Faded Inspection (option) : enable to rotate front, back, up, down direction, use Sodium lamp to examine the printing quality
