Features

• Automation : whole line is consisted of inlet registration + printing outlet, sinkable fork carrier is used to transport substrate to attain automatic production.
• Upgraded Accuracy : registration table is equipped with three sets of servo motor to control X-X-Y direction, visual system is used to judge table displacement amount, sliding table reciprocating right / left motion positioning is controlled by hydraulic buffer + electromagnet suction, positioning accuracy attains within 5µm.
• Dustless Conveyor : in / outlet conveyor is used the contactless magnetic ring to transfer substrate, silence, fast, up down target registering : applied up down contrast CCD to detect target + optical meter positioning, upper registering screen target, lower registering substrate target, auto micro-adjustment compensation assure cleaning dustless working environment.
• Free Damage : rollers support both ends of ineffective margin, fluoride rubber material is used for the sucker, tracing mark is not remained
• Detect Deformation : vacuum suction is applied on table top to detect substrate deformation, printing uneven flatness, suction insufficiency is detected unable to start printing.
