Except for fully automatic production mode, it can be digitalized control adjustment to accommodate panel size to match distinct zone of vacuum control, ensure substrate complete fixation on table while printing, collocated with up down contrast CCD to detect registration image, fast and precise registering target on screen and target on substrateSinkable fork with special sucker is adopted for free scratching, free tracing mark, equipped with auto pressure sensor, three color warning lamp, protective light barrier, E-stop switch and so on safety device.
Features
- Automation : whole line is consisted of inlet registration + printing outlet, sinkable fork carrier is used to transport substrate to attain automatic production.
- Upgraded Accuracy : registration table is equipped with three sets of servo motor to control X-X-Y direction, visual system is used to judge table displacement amount, sliding table reciprocating right / left motion positioning is controlled by hydraulic buffer + electromagnet suction, positioning accuracy attains within 5µm.
- Dustless Conveyor : in / outlet conveyor is used the contactless magnetic ring to transfer substrate, silence, fast, up down target registering : applied up down contrast CCD to detect target + optical meter positioning, upper registering screen target, lower registering substrate target, auto micro-adjustment compensation assure cleaning dustless working environment.
- Free Damage : rollers support both ends of ineffective margin, fluoride rubber material is used for the sucker, tracing mark is not remained
- Detect Deformation : vacuum suction is applied on table top to detect substrate deformation, printing uneven flatness, suction insufficiency is detected unable to start printing.
