- Visual registering : 2 CCD camera quick to detect registration mark or hole image on substrate, and calculate offset amount of position to control system, X/Y servo transmission system to drive table moving to precise position
- Laser spot : CCD camera pneumatic control switch locking / unlocking, quick displacement and adjust manually front back / right left position, collocated with laser spot projection, quick move to target position
- Digital control screen : replace three point micro adjustment function, it is unable to adjust precisely to the requested position, change digital to control compensation to attain quick precision efficiency.
- Automatic turn-over : A side solder mask printing accomplishment and turned over to continue printing B side solder mask.
- Clamp arm pull support : panel may be deformed after several processes, clamp arm pulls bilateral side while turn over to flatten the panel, facilitate CCD camera to detect registration, highlighted efficiency for thin panel
