  • Visual Registration : 2 CCD cameras to detect registration mark or hole on substrate, mathematically calculate amount of off-set position providing to control system, X/Y servo transmission system moves registration table (along with substrate) to precise position.
  • Laser Point : CCD camera module is locked / unlocked by pneumatic control switch, quick displacement and manual fine adjusting front back / right left position, collocated with laser point projection, fast displacement to target position.
  • Upgraded Accuracy : registration table adopts 3 sets of servo motor to control bidirectional X-X-Y axis, used visual system to control table displacement amount, high precision transmission structure to assure registration table repeatability accuracy
  • Four-post Air Locking : equipped with unique function of four-post air locking, assure printing stroke is parallel with table d=surface while printing to raise printing accuracy.
  • Screen Micro Adjustment : precise smooth dual carrier is designed for the structure of screen micro adjustment X/Y/θ, equipped with position indicator, original coordination etc
  • Safety Protection : equipped with safety light barrier, E-stop button, safety light bean, three-color warning lamp, etccomprehensive protection
