Crucial point is to make fixture for solder mask screen printing (C/S side) and CCD detects registration + auto turn over, also digital control servo screen micro adjustment to replace mechanical three point fine adjustment, assure smooth workflow, initiative invention fully automatic solder mask inline process.
- Visual Registration : 2 CCD cameras to detect registration mark or hole on substrate, and mathematically calculated position offset amount provided to control system, X/Y servo transmission system immediately moves table (with substrate on table) to precise position
- Laser Point : CCD camera module pneumatic control switch locking / unlocking, quick displacement and manual adjusting front back / right left position to collocate with laser point projection to move quickly to registration mark position
- Digital Control Frame Micro Adjustment : replace function of three point micro adjustment which is unable to adjust the requested position preciselyDigitalized control micro adjustment to compensate printing elongation to attain fast and precise efficiency.
- Accumulator : when B side screen printer stops for screen cleaning, A side printing incoming to store temporary into Accumulator to avoid influence of production efficiency.
- Auto Turn Over : accomplish printing C side solder mask to turn over, servo motor driven CCD camera detection to continue S side solder mask printing.
- Holding Arm Support : panel is deformed after multiple processing, holding arm pulls bilateral side while turn over to flatten panel for CCD camera registering, effect of thin panel would be obviously
