Solder mask plug-via means to use solder mask ink to fill into holes and get solidified by exposure to attain purpose of plug-via holes. The reason behind is to prevent Tin leakage to cause uneven quantity for mounting components, also prevent bypass short-circuit.
Three types of screen printer as semi-automatic, twin table type and fully automatic printing line, after printing accomplishment (delivery to dryer or drying rack etc.), used to process directly plug-via screen printing on rigid and flexible material PCB panel.
